Are Casino Nights / Parties legal in India?

yes indeed. gamistaan organizes casino nights for entertainment purposes only and no gambling or cash transaction is permitted at the event venue. we follow a very strict policy in this regard.

How many casino games would be perfect?

Minimum games should be 3. Each game shall engage on an average 6 – 8 guests. Depending on the guest size, divide it by 12-15 to get the perfect number of games to be kept.

What about entry and chips distribution ?

We decide this on event-to-event basis depending on the guestlist and time. Chips in play shall be collect and redistributed by our in-house team using chips trolleys.

What is your booking and advance policy?

Availability has to be checked atleast 14 days before the event date and we follow a 50% advance policy.

Can only the people who know the game rules play?

Definitely not, it can be played by anyone and everyone. You can ask the dealer at every game to explain you the game, be it blackjack or roulette or sicbo. Moreover, a reference card will be available at each game table plus we keep family casino theme-based games for more fun.

How are winnings and prizes rewarded?

There are two methods to decide winnings, either based on number of chips or a final tournament. If any guest crosses ‘x’ number of chips, he will be entitled to a gift or tournament entry. Prizes can be kept as per the host.

What is the standard duration of an event?

Our standard time is 2.5 – 3 hours depending on the package selected.

What about cancellation or modification ?

We refund 50% of the advance paid and balance shall be carried forward for a future event if intimated 7 days prior to the event date.
